An alleged new petrol price list has surfaced and making the rounds on different social media platforms, following the scrapping of fuel subsidy.
From the prices listed on the table, the price of petrol will now be between ₦488 and ₦557, depending on the state, as prices varies.
Recall, that on May 29, President Tinubu during his inaugural speech, stated that there was no provision for subsidy in the 2023 budget from June to December. This immediately resulted to scarcity of petrol as well as a hike in price.
