Nothing seems to be going right for Nigeria at this time.

Even the Super Eagles of Nigeria have seemingly lost their sting.

Nigeria this evening in Abuja, lost 0-1 to Guinea Bissau in an African Nations Cup qualifier match.

Guinea-Bissau scored in the first half due to lack of concentration of the Nigerian backline.

From then on, Nigeria could not get anything right.

Samuel Chukwueze of Nigeria / Villareal was a very guilty party. Chukwueze wasted countless chances until he was substituted in the dying minutes of the second half by Ahmed Musa.

Kevin Akpoghuma, the Nigerian/Hoffenheim defender played very well until he sustained a head injury and was substituted by Semi Ajayi from West Brom in England

All the changes were to no avail until the final whistle of the match.

This makes it a complete series of losses for the team under coach Jose Peseiro.
