Says APC Government In Lagos, Diabolical

The Labour Party gubernatorial candidate in Lagos State has come out swinging against the elections, INEC and the All Progressives Congress (APC).

Gbadebo Rhodes-Vivour addressed a press conference today where he condemned the violence metted on members of the voting public by suspected hoodlums of the rulling APC in Lagos State in the March 18th elections.

He also condemned the ethnic baiting and violence which was used to suppress voter participation.

He said this battle was for the soul of not just Lagos but Nigeria. GRV also called on the injured and maimed to reach out to his organization to help offset their hospital bills

He added that there can be no healing without justice while vowing to pursue the election case up to the supreme court.

The elections in Lagos State on March 18th was characterized by violence and voter suppression especially targeting the igbo ethnic group.

The Independent National Electoral Commission had declared the incumbent, Babajide Sanwo-Olu as the winner in the hotly disputed and controversial elections.
