Supports US, UK Visa Ban on Wike
Atiku Abubakar, the presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has come down hard on Rivers State Governor, Nyesom Wike.
Atiku described Wike as a drunk and speaking under the influence of alcohol.
The statement was made the Special Assistant on Public Communication to Atiku Abukabar, Phrank Shaibu, who advised Wike to stay off alcohol as it was affecting his voice, demeanour and thinking.
The statement released also described Wike as a bitter loser whose anger had nothing to do with southern presidency.
Atiku also supported the moves to secure a US and UK visa ban against Wike.
Recall, that Wike had mocked the recent protest by the PDP against the election results released by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) in Abuja.
Wike had said “As they were protesting, I just sat down and took a 40-year whisky. I called some of my friends and opened the 40-year-old whisky as they were protesting”.
Atiku described the protest as taking place by 11:30am and if Wike was drinking Whiskey by 11:30am on a Monday, that just reveals the sort of man he is.
