Brighton and Hove midfielder, Moses Caicedo, has become the latest transfer target for the big teams in the English Premier League..

The Ecuadorian was the subject of a rejected bid from Arsenal for £60m on Friday.

That bid alone is enough to unsettle the 21 year old midfielder who had an outstanding World Cup in Qatar with Ecuador.

Speculations are rife that Arsenal will return with an improved offer.

However, Brighton are in a hard place after having to sell Leandro Trossard to same Arsenal last week.

Chelsea are now hovering on the deal. Chelsea have proven adept at hijacking deals in which Arsenal have expressed interest. Chelsea hijacked the deal for Mykhailo Mudryk from Shaktar Donetsk right under the nose of Arsenal.

It is believed that a bid of around £80m might have Brighton and Hove interested. But to lose two players consecutively to Arsenal, might be a little too hard for the team.
